I’m still up for coming up, but I’m not sure when I’ll be able to get there. Depending on traffic, it should be about an hour and a half trip. When is the soonest I could get there and still be helpful? I’ve never actually done anything like this before, which is why I’m asking to help now, so I can get some experience.

Also, if I were to bring a laptop with a TE stick, would someone else be able to bring a stick and allow for an emulator setup for random casuals? I’ll set up any fighter that’s easy to emulate (Vampire Savior side-tourney imo).

By the way, this may be too late to incorporate this very very useful information, but everything to do with HDTV’s and lag are addressed in these two threads. I suggest everyone give both a thorough read if you know little about lag and what causes it.

In the future VGA cables may be the answer. I use it with my HDTV’s and I do not have the over scanning/1:1 pixel ratio problems. My picture is perfectly cropped as well as lagless as there is no conversion of the signal. HDMI is known to cause problems esp on bigger TVs.
