The biggest problem I have with the game is ranking system. I really don’t mind being high or low but everytime someone ragequit, I will take a loss and disconnect percentage will increase.
A small I have is that this game need to have better hitconfiming. Gatling will solve this problem. Thanks and good luck in the near future!
Have you played lately with the update? Ragequit problem solved, additionally now game server grants you with a win if your opponent leaves the game if they lost a round and less health than you.
Found a glitch allowing standing state after. If you hit a char with a normal close to the frame that they are about to hit the ground, the char goes back into standing state. Still testing combos with this. Don’t know if this glitch was intentional or not
Well it was not intentional at first, but then we decided to keep it.
Infinite combos don’t make sense in Slashers. After some point game gives bonus power energy to fighter being beaten. So you would cause your opponent to have full power meter at the end. They will also be able to “FURY ESCAPE” from your combo with half of the bar you gave them as a present…
Slashers now headed to Steam to infect its addictive and deep gameplay to Steam users.
Being a serious fighting game (despite its colorful look) Slashers is famous of combining exaggerated retro play-style with fluid animations.
Pro and veteran fighting gamers will both find the game competitive with easy to execute inputs which can be customized to use simple or arcade style variations.
Steam version will feature multi-language support, a new fighter (will be announced later) and combo challenge mode.
Congratulations for making this game. I can understand people complaining about the art style and animations, but in terms of competitive gameplay, you have made a lot of effort of the staff. I can also see you have been balancing the characters since the first version.
