I played GG only once on a GC controller back when it first came out for the GC and it was a godawful experience, but now that I actually have a decent fighting game pad and will have people to play with (even if it’s just online) I’m expecting a blast.
I want GG since it’s my favorite fighter next to VF, but I’m not sure if I’ll get it day 1 due to monies.
Edit: I read front page comments for that SG article. Fuck not wanting to live on this planet anymore, I wanna get out of this universe.

Once you complete the very first stage, you can go back and play through any stage in the game once you’re able to check your phone in the bar. This way you can try to obtain all of the Gold prizes in one shot!
If you scored a Gold prize on a stage, you can skip it the next time you play. So if you scored Gold prizes on all of the stages, you can literally skip half the game and just chill at the bar and landings. This can be a good way to get all of the endings without playing through the Nightmare sections; just make multiple save files! This only applies to the difficulty in which you are playing…so even if you have all of the Gold prizes on the Normal difficulty, you still have to earn the Gold prizes on the Hard difficulty.

Man…playing ye old version of SG is still fun to actually play but watching someone else play it is no where near as fun as watching the patched version.
COMPLETELY agree. Was watching the SG tourney at Youmacon and was really struck by how slow the game looked in comparison to some of the play we see at the weekly Salty Cupcakes. More than that though I just think the players in and of themselves weren’t showing all that we’re used to seeing from even pre-patched character gameplay. Some of the stuff I see from online SG was more exciting than the tournament they were showing on stream.

GG’s to Poweranger, it was too laggy, but fun to finally play you.
And Discoshark, he’s gotten alot better, I wanted more games, but my locals were closing up, I forgot how to play a Parasoul.

I don’t know why not every publisher does this. Okay, French and Russian I can see, because people from either country have severe deficiencies in english, but everything else?
99% of translations are so bad that I’d rather play it in English anyways - one just CAN’T do translations of such specialized fields well.
P4a was dead to me when i realized that we would have to wait an extra 3 months or more to play the game than others.
That is completely unacceptable for an online game.
The biggest nail in the coffin though was tokidos dismissal of the game cause of the easy reversals. I can understand that and i have alot of respect for tokido… Probably the most respect for him as a fighting gamer than anyone else cause he plays the most games at a high level and seems to have the broadest knowledge of whos good, what makes them good, and what makes a game shit.
Funny he still plays it casually though, even well enough to take first in some tournies… Though thats more about his overall skill than him playing the game alot.

I don’t get it. Who’s they? Who’s Stanley? Is PC = Peacock? If so, only like two pictures of the intro and one of them has his head not facing the screen.
