i have been trying to figure what my secondary game was gonna be for quite a while now (after skullgirls) and i think i may just wait for the new darkstalkers game to come out.
i hope that they dont fuck up the graphics though by basing it off sf4s artstyle though. i actually really liked the marvel graphics esp hsienko.

Uh, too … clean. Can’t really explain. Sprites didn’t look like VSav but more like a little kid tried to copy the drawings and lost all the character personality on the way. That spick-and-span-look just didn’t fit (imo).
Also, be weary of Capcom ports 
Also I’m not sure whether I want to see the next series get ruined by a sequel plastered with revenge meter, gems, and a “↑↓→← counts as 360 motion”-input window. Then again, a playable Bulleta would be nice-to-have.

OneSanitarium, speaking of your avatar, I just finished listening to the audio book “The Count of Monte Cristo” and when one character mentions how she suspects the Count is a vampire, the only image I could think of for him was of Slayer. And it fit so well.
I was at NY CC today. I saw two cerebellas, which was surprising! Sadly I didn’t get pix. And sanshee had some cool skullgirls pins. Fancy as hell.

One thing I like about the game is that it actually earns its M rating. Not through being super-violent or borderline pornographic, but by presenting adult situations and fears rather realistically and doing the psychological horror aspect brilliantly (the boss levels representing Vincent’s fears of cheating and anxieties of commitment).
Oh and the puzzles were very troublesome at times. I could understand why Atlus patched in a Very Easy difficulty level after Japanese players complained that the game was too hard even on the Easy difficulty. It’s pretty old-school in that you mess up enough times, not even the Undo button will save you. There were times where I fucked up the block formation so badly I could literally make no progress whatsoever. Thankfully Easy mode practically throws continues at you (you get 3 continues for each pillow you pick up on the Easy difficulty) and you get a considerable amount of time to stop and plan out your next actions.
Alright, time to go for Normal difficulty. After all, the only way to actually play the stages in Babel mode is to score Gold ranks in Normal difficulty. Plus I want to get more endings (I heard that there were eight endings and that the “best” one was the True Cheaters ending…).
Most fun I’ve had with a puzzle game in a long time. Heck, it’s been a long while since I sat down and really played anything other than a fighting game 
Katherine was the last game I really just sat down and played, then talked to all my friend about.
999 is really good too.
it is a good game, i never managed to get the true ending though. after playing through and getting about 4 of the endings, i played twice more and both times ended up with endings id already had. i couldnt bring myself to sit through it all again.
The true ending is worth it.

I remember 999. That game was awesome. The ending was really awesome… of course, it didn’t really make sense sometimes when you compared the endings, the most obvious one being numbers on everyone’s wrists not matching the all of the endings, but it was all good. Some of it I never understood, like the something or other with the mummy, or something… and then they were in a desert… and the past never happened, but still did, or something… and suddenly they were never on a boat… but really awesome game. Would play again.
As soon as Catherine drops to 19.99, I’m on it.
