Meatballs!
I was lurking around the forums a day or two ago and ran across somebody in the SG threads mentioning a Seattle area meetup (they had a link to a facebook page for some kind of Seattle area FGC group). Anyway, I’m in Tacoma and would love some info on this, but can’t for the life of me find/remember where I saw this post. Any help would be appreciated.
Yeah you bums, remember to post events here as well so they aren’t scattered through the forums
Good evening, Skullgirls board
Um, question: Does anyone collect or like to collect strategy guides for fighting games (the actual physical books and such)? It’s a hobby I picked up a few months back when I got my hands on a BradyGames guide for CvS2 EO, but nowadays I’ve been collecting Japanese guidebooks for the Guilty Gear games (GGX, GGXX, GGXX#Reload, and soon GGXXSlash), and one for BlazBlue (Calamity Trigger).
Awesome! That’s it. Thanks a bunch.
I do that. Love grabbing old guides Fighter guides are my favorites, but I collect any I find
Cool! I was thinking maybe once the patch and new characters for Skullgirls comes out, we, the Skullgirls community, can compile an “official” guidebook for the game. Think of it as something of a community action project.
Check this guy’s sales out, he’s got plenty of guides for the taking~
That local stream needs only 36 more followers before tomorrow to make one of the hosts get my logo tattooed on his ass.
Sorry to keep spamming the link, but it’d just be too awesome if that actually happened… http://t.co/AGkgXp9r
You know you are technically breaking one of the forum rules here MISTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I am?
I was talking to duckie.
I just linked you something in the previous page
Says the guy who keeps spamming posts for his blog.
That’s already fallen down the page MISTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
taps a ruler into his open palm
points to your sig
Anywho, 35 followers to go…
Just saying it’d be nice to have a physical copy of a guide to Skullgirls in case I don’t have access to the Internet to look up command lists and character strategies and such…
Even though most of the stuff is already covered by the wikis like the ones for SRK and Dustloop, I’ve started on an extremely rough draft of my “Battle Mania” guide in one of my notebooks.
It’s in my sig.
sigh Whatever lol
Yusssssss… fist pump
Sophistry, FTW.
Anywho, in all technicality, that rule is just used as an excuse to ban bots or people who come in spamming things that have nothing to do with the FGC. That show discusses FGC topics local to the MS and LA scenes, and they have me as a regular guest, where I talk about Skullgirls-related stuff. SO IT’S RELEVANT.
FUCK THE RULES GIVE ME CHAOS
