Yeah I suppose it’s just a matter of if a single one can do that 14k~, or close to it, off a single touch or not, and how strong assist-based mixups/combo continuation comes out to be; the latter I think we’re wayyyyy far away from having any real understanding of just based on the sheer number of potential point character + custom Ensemble combinations.

Ehhhh just going by health to say what’s the most powerful seems kind of hand wavy to me considering it’s ignoring damage modifiers.

Was testing with Cerebella. A jump in HK, s.MP, Merry-Go-Rilla, Level 3 kills a 3 character teammate outright.

They may have the most health, but you have to take into account that with the added strength a solo character gets, they can kill you faster if you mess up. Cerebella can rip through teams.

I want to use a team of three, but I am slowly working towards that, starting at 1 then moving to 2, then 3 as my skills improve.

So what exactly do you have to do to get the character specific achievements? They’re pretty vague, and I have no idea what to do to get them.

Thanks, that’s exactly what I was looking for. Relying on a specific assist as a major part of your gameplan seems less viable to me when one missed attack mean the end of that particular character.

Whats really awesome is that right now it seems viable to run one character teams, which may not be the most dynamic, but it really allows you to get a good feel on how a character operates.

From what I’ve heard it was something like 100% for the first two hits, 85% for the 3rd one then it goes down until 15%.

I’m having an incredible amount of fun playing my Parasoul/Filia (Paralia?) team. The synergy is great both DHC wise and assist wise(updo HP, napalm shot LP), I just need to work more on Filia since I’m pretty bad with her. I’m almost decent with Parasoul though.

Yeah as of now it’s much more viable than expected, I honestly am more of a one-character person so I’m glad it seems usable, though for the time being I’m going to be using a 2-person team simply because I ended up liking Filia wayyy more than I expected and I want to use her about as much as I do Valentine.

a 2 person team seems like a great place to be, until you decide for sure what you want. It’s the best of both team sizes really.

Did anybody else notice that the characters sometimes disappear and all you can see are their hitboxes? This was happening pretty frequently while I was playing Arcade Mode a second ago, Trial btw…

Well guys, after 6 years of waiting, I must say that
IT WAS FUCKING WORTH IT.
Like, holy shit, this game… so good…

It does seem alot more viable for 1 character teams to kill a character on 3 man teams with maximized corner combos ending with 2 supers or one combo and a level 3. This seems to be one of the perks of single character teams.

There’s a bug/glitch thread, it’s a known issue.
