Well, you told me you didn’t play much the past 3 weeks, so the most sincere advice I can tell you is to learn all your characters more.
When the game’s at neutral with Peacock, you have enough time to call assist, run back, then start zoning. Me rushing down Peacock to kill her is pretty much what I plan on doing since she doesn’t handle getting rushed easy, so running away is your best bet, while laying down double while I’m far, and Parasoul when I’m close. Also teleport mixups with your assists are great, try to implement them when you can.
Your Double I noticed lack of hornet bombers, catellites, stuff to keep me guessing. Learning optimal combos would work too.
I noticed a very big absence of reversals from Double and Parasoul. You should throw these out every once in awhile to keep me honest. There’s also gaps in my strings people don’t notice because they’re stuck in a lot of stun, but stuff like cr. mk into hp and hp into tear shot are not block strings and can be reversal’d through.
If push comes to shove you can also snap in Cerebella, she’s the problem assist for most people but they seem to not get to that point. I also don’t play Napalm Pillar (I use Egret bike to get in) so the reversal options on my team are pretty much Parasoul on point and mash 360, or Diamond Dynamo.

The “sea of insults” is something you honestly deserve for being so thick-headed. No offense, other than being thick-headed. I completely mean that one. Although I didn’t really insult you, I’m telling you you are acting irrationally.
I play solo Fortune. I have to jump, double jump, super jump, dash, crouch, use invincible moves, jump back or sometimes just block and pushblock to deal with Double assist. And guess what? All of those can work. But unfortunately not all of them work all the time. You have to be aware of when the opponent calls the assist and react accordingly.
If there was an easy way to deal with the assist that worked 100% of the time, no one would use the assist.

also dont underestimate mashing supers! i use it a fair bit to stop people from pushing buttons when jumping in at me, and ive seen some truly amazing things by going for the super when there was nothing else i could do. a particular fave of mine was double trying to use swag car to chip me out, i used diamond dynamo and the invincibility got me through swag car, for the amazing hitbox behind bella to catch him as he appeared from the ground behind me! it has got me into trouble sometimes as well though ha ha.
