Yo Mike, are there plans for adding more stuff to the training mode right? Like setting actions for the dummy, like tech rolling and stuff?
I had around 30 matches with an NYC player (had to set it to 8 though), and I still want to test other GGPO setttings, but compared to all the other games… man GGPO is a godsend!
We already had a plan (which was basically this, hah) but the fact that this person bothered to make a very nice writeup for everyone else to use, complete with rationale, is amazing. Thank you.
Just throwing this out there: Valentine’s grin when she pulls her mask down in the story mode is friggin’ sexy, and when she clenches it between her teeth… HRRNGGGGGGGGG passes out
haha… I was basically just really, really mad at Capcom for what I felt was lying about SFxT’s networking problems, as I’d already solved the sound issue in a relatively simple manner, so I ranted that to the blog.
That’s a pretty basic implementation, I’m sure someone could build something better, it’s just a matter of defining what the sound issues are.
Glad it’s of use to someone though. I just want to see better netplay for fighting games, that’s all.
So day 2 you guys! I am FINALLY getting the grasp on this game. Now I really like this game. The combo potential is just off the walls. I was playing with my friend today and we were having a blast. I am using Ms.Fortune and I think shes a keeper. I don’t know why I like this character so much because I don’t even play rekka characters. I plan on learning painwheel too and maybe run a 2 man team. But at the moment, I think running solo is probably the best option overall because I currently don’t see the value in assists, and I don’t feel comfortable enough to use two characters. I guess tomorrow I will start learning Painwheel but right now, Im gonna go back to using Ms Fortune.
I know she is supposed to be a projectile/zoner. Not salty, but I did find it funny. I thought my friend was just joking about how spammy players were with her.
