I kind of see the Canopy Kingdom as this crazed, nightmarish place where everything that happened in our Western Hemisphere between 1925 and 1965 is all happening at the exact same time over there.
Now I am visualizing the Skullgirls soccer team…

That we did. Major props to Ravi who apparently went to serious effort to get a copy over to the WGC. I was camped out at the machine for virtually the whole weekend and as far as I saw every single person who sat down to play it came away saying it was one of the best fighters they’d ever played and that they’d definitely be picking it up, so hopefully it was worth the effort!
Ar, ggs to both of you for that fix! I was pretty gutted to see that Fortune was unplayable for the first couple of days and it never even occurred to me to ask in here if there was a fix. (Though I did make a note of it so I could come in here and moan about the glitch when I wasn’t on barely usable phone/hotel internet. Denied.)
Unfortunately I barely ended up using her as by the Sunday the machine was in such high demand and everyone was getting half-sort-of-semi-capable at the game I didn’t want to burn my precious time trying out a complicated character and just stuck with Cerabella and Valentine whom I’d already gotten a vague grasp of.
One thing that playing SG has really highlighted for me is how brutally SF4 has killed my ability to do 360 motions. I had serious problems doing Cerabella’s 360 until I realised I was only doing a hair over a 180 every time. I never have problems doing them in SF4 with that half assed input.
Other fun points were seeing one guy use Parasoul on point with Valentine’s Savage Bypass assist. He just sat back and kept chucking out tears and bikes. Any time they got close the Valentine assist pushed them back to the far side of the screen even if they blocked. Delicious. Probably totally simple to overcome if you know what you’re doing at all, but it was hilarious at the time! 
Also, I spent so much time at the machine just sitting down teaching people how to play while I waited for my turn that people started coming up to me asking if I was staff. Good times!
Alas it’s not all smiles and sunshine, particularly when it came to setting shortcuts on the button select. There were ten of us on the game at one point and one pad player wanted to set assists to his triggers and none of us were able to figure out how to do that.
Once you have your standard buttons set I think it said something like “Hold the button(s) you want to use for shortcuts”, but regardless of what button(s) we were holding we couldn’t get them to stick 
Maybe we were missing something really obvious, but it remains that a room full of English speaking long time fighting game players were unable to figure out the button select screen based on that one line explanation in the config screen. Either there was something wrong with that build of the game or something needs to be addressed there.

Whoever decided to throw suicide supers into a game is a genius, single best way to humiliate a player is suicide first match.
