Looking for stuff Peacock might have pulled inspiration from kinda started me on watching a whoooooole lotta old cartoons lately. ^^
What’s kind of awesome is the more I watch, the more I realize Peacock works really well as both a homage and her own character.

Anyway, I’m not sure that one’s actually a Skullgirls character. While it’d be neat if she was, Alex does have plenty of characters who aren’t SG related sitting around in his art galleries.

Anyways, yeah I noticed Alex has a lot of fanart on that page but I’m pretty sure Sabine’s one of his creations. I can’t think of anything else she may have originated from and she actually looks like a Skullgirls character. I’d say she’s more likely a Skullgirls character than some of the other creations on there.
I would day 1 buy this guy if he were Skullgirls DLC.
