A bunch of the cast in SG share voice actresses with characters in the anime Madoka Magika, so those characters all got matching colors in their #18 slot:
#18 Cerebella is Homura
#18 Peacock is Sayaka
#18 Filia is Madoka
#18 Ms. Fortune is Mami. (Kimlinh Tran did not voice Mami, but Mami and Ms.Fortune are thematically from the same neck of the woods
