hehe, all this talk of gear makes me think of an old powell and peralta vid. Tommy Guerrero says something along the lines of “function before fashion.” I am diggin some of the fourstar shit though and may actually throw down some cash on a few items. I rarely buy that type of stuff due to the price and as someone stated, you just mess it up skatin in it anyway. gonna be 67 degrees here tomorrow wth rain

what kind of trucks does everyone ride? I used to ride venture or independent. Are chocolate and girl decks made by same company?
I like destructo. They are like the Ryu of trucks, not too heavy or light. If you want something more solid go with Krux or Monster. If you want light but less durable try Tensor (which I hate) or Royal.
Yeah. Girl, Chocolate, Fourstar, and Lakai are all under the same umbrella.

i tried tensors a few times and they always end up making my board veer to the left badly. like, you could kick it forward and it would turn around and come back. but that was when i first started out. i may have just been me being a scrub.
Right now I’m skating thunders but I had Independent before. They were my favorite trucks and someone stold my fucken board.
