MAYBE he could get a refund if the tourney had just started and he hadn’t played yet, but if too much of the tourney has already passed, I’d say he’s fucked.
this was before the tourney started.
he was just getting his butt whooped during practice.

3S players - sorry for starting the 3S tourney so late. the manager got the impression that we were canceling that tourney, so he didn’t set that machine on tourney mode. he then left for an errand, so i had to wait for him to return.
anyway, i plan to bring all of the tourney papers with me to work. hopefully, bussiness will be slow enough for me to organize all the info right there, so when i go home i can enter them into APEX immediately (midnight).
