Next time we will get WC in SF4. They got us this time though, it’s all about adapting though and we will adapt. It sucks that me and dr chaos had to leave early though. I didn’t lose to anyone yet and qualified out of my bracket in winners and I think chaos just qualified out of his bracket in losers right before we left. So we didn’t even get a chance to see how far we would’ve placed.
As far as me losing in team tournament, yea I didn’t do as well as I expected but gootecks had some good tactics with balrog. I wasn’t used to west coast balrog, but I learned a lot last night and gained experience so it’s all good. I had the lead a bunch of times, but just made some mistakes on my part. And combofiend had good stuff too. But Joe held it down in the end and won it for the team. He pulled off some clutch moments with sagat.
As far as the characters me and combo used. I used vega and he used dhalsim. I wanted to use chun-li the rest of the rounds after I lost with vega the 1st, but I didn’t know I couldn’t switch characters during the team tournament. But I had fun overall… Definitely nice playing different people for once.
He was using Vega though, if he were Chun… :wonder:
