Tonbarry - the 2d tech needs work, try to expand on the idea instead of just having boxes. maybe have the 2d be white instead of black that might help you in the long run. also the micro text is too big. the thing with micro text is, its best if you can’t read what it is. other than that your getting better

That’s ok. Look at Seth’s work. He did improve better than last summer. I regret that I did not comment his work because I was very busy in college. I am on break. I will go back to college again next week or two weeks.
Well… I am telling you that I may be harsh to DragonGod’s work. It is unbalance. Sprite appearing has heavy smudge (too dark). Background looks like someone work, not his work.
Then what will he reply my comment? I know that he will piss off. Same to Seth. Seth’s works were bad. Now, his works are better. Seth did learn more and work hard than piss to any harsh comments. Sorry, Seth. I may offense to you. Trust me, you will be great someday.
Giga’s work looks awesome. Background is looking great. Picture looks nice.
XRen’s tag looks cool. But he is not perfect to make DBZ sprite. It is chopping but… whole DB sprite may large or biggest. I like it as it is great funny tag. He earns most funny tagger award. 
Ton: your tags are good. I noticed your tag works increase better.
Psy’s avatars are good. Left avatar is better. Right avatar is ok. Left avatar background is nice color. Right avatar may get confusing wrong way lighting. That’s ok. Keep work hard.
LFist’s avatar is amazing. I do know that DragonGod will beg. LF has his right to reject him like most elite taggers. Kamesama will reject him as 100%. I do know that he refuses to work any avatar whores.

ton-(brown tag) it’s simple and clean… i actually like it
liquid- a needs a bit more work, like you went spray brush crazy but the idea of it is good
psy-the like the first av but the sf3 av is pretty gainy even for a animated gif
