Your screen name is distracting. I can’t stop looking at that, instead of the metroid itself.
i made this for one of my friends(i made geese look like masterP)…lol
i like doing evil stuff:

My latest…wish I could get higher quality colors, but the damn 20K limit makes that impossible. Still, I like it, looks kinda artistic.
how bout now?
I just don’t like it being there at all.
But that’s my opinion, and don’t let that sway you if you like it the way it is now.
Keep doing what you want to do with it. And what you think looks nice. Try simply staring at what you’ve made sometimes.
looks like messy an cluttered stuff to me
@ One Weapon:
Try putting the text vertically on the right, or shortening your name (in height and width greatly) to an abbreviated form 1WPN maybe?
I was thinkin somthin was wrong with it when I was lookin at it before.
thanks for pointing it out though. I would’ve made the name real small if I’d have noticed it myself.
anyway, thanks for opinion guys
damn, too late to edit it :bluu:
-use a different font
-the geese one is nice but there should be more blood splatter then just the middle
-take out “studios”
myu avatar im wering now. im too lazy to fix it.
Yeah, don’t bother putting that in a tag of yours, ever.
:bluu:
@ Inverse:
You should have the font with a bit of drop shadow, it better recreates the lcd effect.
Thanks man. But I saw a tutorial that said to make a soft light version of the text. What’s your opinion on that? Thanks again for the advice.
Well LCD is a display, so the text itself actually appears above the screen, thus the shadow.
It’s not even a shadow, it’s more of a dark drop shadow really.
you make 2 layers, the bottom layer has to be soft light and the text should be all ZEROS and the top layer should be what you want the text to be such as (i.e. NINJA) and it’ll look perfect, just make sure it all lines up with the zeros you made on the layer below it. Hope that helps.
Ah, that’s what he’s talking about!
The second layer is basically the ‘eights’, or the seven ‘sections’ that make up each number in the display. So the top layer is the sections in ‘use’, leaving the unused sections still showing in the second layer underneath.
Go do that.
Here, here is my tag for SigWeasel.
