I don’t necessarily think there’s reason to test them for intelligence.
But there’s no reason to not test them for drugs.

managing a budget is common sense. I think many people understand that this is the type of common sense that many unfortunate people arent taught and get to learn only when they have to. So let the ignorant masses in on this one.
Drug testing, not so important. Shit costs extra money states don’t have. Nobody has the resources to police people like that. Cutoff after 2 kids are created since the recipient started welfare, YES. Welfare is for a person who can’t support themselves. A meager increase after the first kid, I guess. They get knocked up TWICE, fuck that. They have somebody who can support them, and are scamming. Cut that hooker off. If said dude can’t support them…well, that’s just tough. Gotta learn to make better choices in life. Either get a real man (with a job), or stop shacking up with lazy pieces of crap.
The idea is that the cost of the drug testing will be more than matched by the money they don’t give to the druggies.
