Should we be worried of Sony/Playstation guest characters in SFV?

I always felt guest characters wouldn’t fit in Street Fighter, I still feel Freddy Krueger & Kratos doesn’t fit in MK9 even if they are violent & gory.

Since Sony is helping Capcom for SFV, I guess they want some form of advertisement for Playstation?

I don’t mind a stage with Sony mascots/posters or costumes based on Sony characters. I just don’t want to see Cole, Ratchet or Kratos in SFV.

I really hope they don’t do that. I didn’t even think about till now. I would be more concerned about Capcom adding characters. I don’t want Woodman on a tier list.

Doubtful. SFV has crossplatform play with PC. Those same characters would likely need to be on the PC version as well to ensure no compatibility issues.

Bingo. Despite me being in the minority who LOVES guest characters, now that there is no decision to be made anymore, there’s no reason to put guest characters in. Before like in SFxT You had the 2 platforms to choose from. Now you have no choice. Also my guess is that with the PS4 version, we’ll probably see exclusive costumes. Akuma Kratos costume, Ryu Nathan Drake costume, Dan Sackboy costume, Ken Jak costume. Its inevitable.

Don’t think so. They already have the exclusive, so there’s no need to add more fanservice to distinguish their version from the ones of the competition.
