Agreed, rating a fighting game match based on the number of taunts is like grading football games based on the dance players did after getting a touchdown.
Some people might like it, but it just makes the sport look like a joke to everybody else.

Because it’s a good match punctuated by Rico Suave’s awesome round 2 against Mariodood. Anyone who doesn’t feel any sort of emotion or hype after that needs to check their pulse. Chris Hu’s commentary is just icing on the cake.

OMG I forgot about this match lol. Yes this match definiately needs to be a contender. It spawned the never get up phrase. That is definitely a once in a lifetime way to end a match. What makes the match is simply how it ended and Justin Wong’s face is priceless.
