GGs to both. I lose my mojo so quickly once I can’t play daily. I went on to play for another hour or so and just kept losing. I should change my name to halfmax.
Hahaha yes gg’s guys. I dont know what’s up, you guys would be fighting and my ps3 would completely freeze. I had to do a hardboot twice. But it was just something with the lobby because I continued to play and it was fine.
And lol…I changed my name because I dont play Akuma anymore and I just felt I wanted a change. Plus I would always get the " why is your name SkyAkuma and you play Gouken?"
Took me a while to come up with a satisfactory name but I got it lol. When I go to my locals everyone always complains that Gouken is broken (Brouken) hahaha. I also wanted to keep Sky, thus the name BroukenSky.
Climaxter, you’re getting aggressive a bit…
Yeah, I go through phases. I get more aggressive and unsafe when I don’t play as often. I drop more links, mess up my AA, stop seeing patterns…generally lose skill all around.
Also, I’m not sure if psn is just going downhill or if it’s the street fighter network or if it’s something else, but I’ve been getting the same freezing situation. Maybe it’s on my end…could my new “improved” bandwidth somehow be messing up the lobby I’m in? Maybe I need to mess with the ports again, which is something that could give me hives just thinking about.
question dek since you played both sides…when playing in a turney which may be ps3 what should xblgoukens keep in mind, sun as well pks respond…anyone w exp on the issue
I did some interwebs searching and changed my router direct and PS3 DNS servers to Verizon instead of Google or OpenDNS. Ran DNSBench and Namebench and came out with 4.2.2.3 and 4.2.2.6. My connections have been pretty good past week or two.
I have no idea what any of this means…except that Google makes searching fun.
In regards to the frame/lag difference? What specifically are you taking about?
If this is an online tourney, expect some hiccups during combos. Especially on psn but mainly, the frame difference. Keep in mind your timing. I feel that I have to do certain moves mid-combo earlier. But that’s just me. Sorry if my answer was not what you were looking for lol

I’ll try to answer your question buddy. When I played offline in the local community I felt the game slower/smother compare to ps3. In Xbox you’ll have move time to make a 1frame link or even 0 fr link that’s why I say it runs way more smoother than Ps3, which you have a hard time to even make a 2 fr links…
