C’mon guys, join! After getting ragequitted on in player match and getting rather mad about it, I need some good Goukens to cheer me up.
I really want to man but the only thing stopping me is that damned 360 controller. I hated the stick and will never try one again. The PS3 controller is PERFECT for fighting games…at least for me. If I could somehow use my PS3 controller on a 360 console then its GAME OVER!!! lol

yea they do ive seen people with these hook ups at tournaments i see a lot of 360 pad geifs
I got to find one, if anyone has a link post it. Im still adjusting to my arcade stick, I actually use akuma better than gouken on the arcade stick. 
Not what I was expecting.
OS Teching on a stick is way easier and in time I will be more precise with inputs, im still getting the hang of the 8 gate controller. My brother told me if I want to master the stick I need to put away the controller and learn it.
I wanted a ps3 just to say I had one to be honest. I haven’t been playing much since AE came out, I’ve been putting more time into playing other characters on the stick so im not comparing my execution skill with gouken. I think if I can learn viper, akuma, and ibuki on the stick Gouken will be a piece of cake.
I guess I need to play a bit before dojo tonight huh… lol
Ugh get rid of the octagonal. I grew up on a happ stick, switched to a japanese stick with a square gate and it took me a week to get adjusted but totally worth it.
Square gates are more precise because you can feel the corners.
I got whatever comes with the mad catz te stick. I have to test a square gate out, I don’t think they are too expensive so i’ll order one for my practice stick.

Edit: I pushed my host day back until Monday, I just had a family member come into town so I won’t be home until late.

yo iam im workin til about midnight so ill prolly get on if nothin comes up and with ya stick i dont use the square gate i use octagonal and i love it for all characters even charge characters so i would try it out if i was u u canbuy one of lizardlicks for like 8 bucks plus shipping so bout 12 to 15 i love it i hate square gate man
Iam, MC TE comes with square. Just stick with that, it is better in the long run. It suck at first for people who are used to smooth fireball motions but you get over that and the undeniably defined corners is what makes it shine.
