Honestly what I wanted the most was a BHC to have a much better hitbox, (or make it easier to hit with), a feint for FBA or hardly any lag on the empty FBA, and a faster dash speed (like maybe 16 frames). Since I new that none of that was probably likely I just decided that having I frames would be better than nothing. If they don’t enhance Vega’s offense, then at least enhance his defense…
But what upsets me the most is how they act like the changes they made actually make Vega stronger. Statements like these really upset me “We’ve made Vega stronger! Probably the biggest thing is that we’ve given him more overheads.” Seriously, where do they come up with this information? An overhead is really what they thought would seriously enhance his offense? I mean come on!
You can know a character’s ins and outs, doesn’t mean you’ll win every time you play one.
Seriously, you’re obnoxious and it’s rather unsettling. I dread the day you’re beaten by a Vega player, the world might crumble and you might die a little inside.
I think people are just getting frustrated that release is so close yet so far away 
Vega is getting some buffs…, wether we like them or not is irrelevant, looking at this thread, capcom is never going to please everybody anyway.
And the damage is already done… the disc is prolly ready for print or printed already.
Lets be a little more optimistic , try out the new vega for ourselves instead of going of information from videos where the vega players can not even get the ultra to come out.
Maybe some of his normals will be a little better… maybe some specials will be better… maybe we will see some vega’s maskless on purpose… who knows what the future holds =]
Im sure Capcom know what they are doing a little bit… they made sf4 pretty darn balanced.

Seeing as Vega is the most exploitable and weakest character, that’s precisely what it means! Vega in SF4 has no saving grace to him. I laugh every time I face a Vega player because I get to sit back, relax, and play my calmest easiest matches while I watch him squirm to keep on par with me in such a sedated state.
In short, I think Francys needs to shut her Pai.

you should have come to edmonton. If I came as close to beating Marion as I did and double perfected Navid I’m positive I could, if not beat you, give you a run for your money. @Francys: Nah, I don’t do that anymore, it’s a waste of time. These guys are like Seiya, no matter how often you beat them argument-wise, they always get up again. Oh, Joz, sorry for saying that sweep is total ass. I got carried away because that move frustrates the hell out of me. I know it’s not total ass, I definitely do well with it some nights, but…
There are just hundreds of times when my sweep got beat by something so “bull shit”. I mean, you can physically see sweep startup and get 3-4 frames into its animation before your opponent mashes their sweep, and guess what, you lose everytime, with maybe Dictator being a possible exception. It starts up too slow… its terrible focus bait, its recovery is gratuitously unnecessary, its damage isn’t great.
I mean, all in all, I think it has severe hit box issues, causing it to be stupid low priority for a sweep, and it could stand to shave off frames on both ends. I think that sums up nicely what I meant by “total ass.”
On another note, even though I am in the camp that wants i-frames, if Claw’s hit boxes are improved on a variety of his moves, including normals, specials, BHC, and ESPECIALLY EX SPECIALS, then I’m fine with no i-frames on ST. Ryu mashing jab should not be a viable answer to beating/trading with everyone of your EX specials.
