Summers, there’s no apostrophe in it, their last name is SUMMERS. RRRRGH.

comic book narrative is so strange. o_0

question about practice mode: will the game save your practice mode settings when you exit out to the title screen? Fighting games that do this are in the shockingly small minority and it baffles me why. Every time enter practice mode have to bring up settings menu, change to auto block, change to infinite meter, change to no stun, etcetera.

Yes, we do save training mode settings, to your actual save data even.

no i really didnt know that.

That list is why i dont follow comic books. There are too many alternate universes and what nots to even begin to describe what you posted. Thats more complicated than Lost.

Splendiferous.

Well, I was trying to find a vid to show and this is perfect! My friend would always dance around me with this.

hey Mike, I remember you saying something about us being able to go to replays and “rollback” the last moments of the match to see a different outcome. Did that feature make it into the game or was it just something you want to do?

<3 Amazing

Comics are actually not really hard to get into. You pick a character or team, or whatever get a volume or whatever and start. As long as you’re not trying to pick up in the middle of an ongoing story you’re pretty much all set.

Edit: Also I would say about 90% of the cyclops list is nothing you’ll ever need to know. There are maybe 7 characters in that list that are relevant and that’s it.

All you really need to know about Cyclops is that he’s always uptight despite getting alot of sex, probably because he’s gay for Wolverine.

I think I actually have a wager with someone on whether or not Desk will be able to break IPS.

I’ll take that bet.

I think its more that, when you’re dating a telepath, you don’t want to let your mind wander.

Let’s have a round of applause for the Questions and Answers thread, everyone.

Small question about IPS.

Does a move count differently depending on if the opponent is on the ground or in the air? So if i done a series XYZ in the air for a combo, brought them back down to the ground, then done the same XYZ air series on that grounded opponent (assuming these moves are all low enough/character tall enough to all hit), would that trigger it?

Also, are bursts (is there a name for this? I know you didn’t want to call it a burst or something) different if done on the ground and in the air? Apart from the obvious effect that you have to drop to the ground after an air burst with invincibility.

Does this mean what I think it means?

SG is gold hooray

i think he was referring to Pete’s post
