My boy Hwoarang looks good. I wonder how he deals with fireballs. I notice he has he unting hawk for a special move now. Looks like it functions like a dan kick. He also has a srk kick for anti air options. Think Julia does too. I think I also noticed his left flamingo stance. That’s good because I was thinking they were going to leave it out. I wonder if he can block in that position in this game though.
It seems all the Tekken cast has crouch dashes and such to deal with fireballs. I’d go as far as to say fireballs are almost as negated as they were in 3s.

Ehh, I had this weird feeling Lili and Asuka would make it into SFxT. The Tekken producers have this strange fixation with the two as a package deal.
Their rivalry was a recent thing actually. Kinda came out of nowhere.
Oh, I assumed there was some story aspect behind it that maybe came from T5DR or something that carried into 6 and TT2. There was some stuff in a TTT2 trailer showing them at odds I think, kinda drew my own conclusions there.

Well you’re right they’re kinda Tekken’s ‘Sakura/Karin’, it’s just a recent story change for T6 that’s bleed into TTT2.
All I know is I’ll get to have Karin after all these years in a new game.
Well, according to Ono some characters that “didn’t quite make it” into SFIV could end up in SFxT, so Karin’s always a possibility. For a while I was worried the SF side would be completely recycled from SFIV’s roster, but it’s nice to know I can bury those feelings.
I’m still hoping for my Q/Feng Wei team, however.
I want Bison and Urien.
This is a strong idicator for Elena possibly making it in, according to what I heard she was the closest out of any character that didn’t make it in to actually making it in.
I’m so glad they killed off Dan. It’s about time. Sadly he’ll still be in other Street Fighter games.

Considering how Gouken WAS dead (officially stated in all canon regarding the subject) then mysteriously alive again in SF4, I wouldn’t take anything concerning this matter too seriously.

I don’t care if he’s actually dead canon wise, I just hate misinformation. Not that you’re spreading it, but it always starts as something innocent. It basically defined a lot of MK’s history. Gouken was an April Fool’s joke!
On second, let’s use this. We’re start a rumor that Scionz’ concept art for Super Saikyo Dan actually exists and we’ll get him into SFV.
All I was saying is it wouldn’t matter if Dan got ripped in half and then Evil Ryu and Oni came and literally ate his remains, if Capcom wanted Dan in another game they’d put him in. Story means nothing in the face of gameplay.
