Also look at that the two character partnerships that don’t make much sense (Julia/Bob, Gief/Rufus) are rivals to each other. Glory glory hallelujah.

I hope to God you’re right. It’s obvious that Asuka is Lili’s partner and pretty clear that Rufus is Gief’s partner. They might as well reveal them @ TGS too. I don’t wanna wait another month to see Gief and Asuka when they could focus on revealing Guy/Cody and Paul/Law

also, i dont like playing as Rufus, but i like him as a character. hes goofy while remaining a badass at the same time. glad to see him in SFxT and to break that silly “leak list”.

I liked that leak list a lot, but c’mon, 48 characters?! That number alone was a huge tip off of fake.

They’ll go close to it, like I’ve said here heaps of times they’ve been doing 4 characters a month since E3/June. If the game is released in March and the last reveals are in Feb than you’ll have 46 characters. (And if TGS reveals 6 than you’ll have 48… or 44 if the game is out in Feb) The biggest clue that the wishlist was a fake (you know aside from it being called a wishlist in the first place /palm) was that the secret characters had “Evil Ryu or Akuma”, what sort of fucking leak says that? What stupid company would put in Evil Ryu over Akuma?

haha, wasn’t expecting or looking forward to Rufus at all but that trailer has me sold on the guy. The man is such a goofball, how ironic is it that the real Ken Masters was in the house, yet he still dun goofs lol.
I think this one has to be my favourite SFxT trailer thus far.

Here’s hoping they keep throwing more curveball character rosters at us. This reveal was not only unexpected but pretty likeable as well (thanks in part to the trailer) lol

I think (at least people here on SRK) pretty much know already that it’s fake. I was surfing through the Eventhubs comments on various SFxT related articles and was utterly suprised at how many still believe it there. One poster even linked to the actual Unity post the “list” came from and they denounced it. Weird stuff.

Agreed on both counts. I hope Rufus dominates this game, Vanilla SFIV style. And this game actually wants you to make big comboes!

Oh yeah I think we’ll at least get a 6th movie… I mean how can you not have a movie without Akuma and Jin? Than you got Dictator and Heihachi as well… maybe they’ll combine that one.
