I want Karin too. I demand a Sakura/Karin vs Asuka/Lili dream match
I love Karin, wanted her in SSF4. If anything, she’d totally fit in TxSF.
Karin would be probably be in gameplay-wise, i’m pretty sure Julia will be basically a Mix of the Twins and Karin, add a shoulder and elbow move here and there and you’re set.
I wouldnt mind seeing her in the game, she was pretty fun in A3.
Lars fits well in Streetfighter x Tekken, he also has a ‘‘Demon Flip’’ that either goes low/grabs/or a high move
Jack-6 would fit well, because he can charge his moves like Ryu does with his Hadoken into Sakuretsu, Except Jack gets way more range on his moves, and be the ‘‘Dhalsim’’ of the Tekken side (?) except the low-health.
Bryan Fury, also would be a good addition to the gameplay, I would compare him to Makoto of SF, a rushdown character that makes you scared how to get up, like how Bryan is in Tekken, you don’t want to get knocked down in Tekken by Bryan, Taunt shenanigans…
His overhead would be his elbow that knocks down like Makoto chop, his sweep could be a snake edge or soccer kick.
Jin would be like Ryu, very balanced tools, good normals, good specials, good health, but I would give him better specials to compensate the lack of projectiles.
I honestly don’t know they would put Hwoarang in this game, he has such a big movelist and several stances, in Tekken he excells at making you block his stuff and make you duck, how would they make him the same Tekken character into SF? Mechanics would gimp him so much.

As far as SF characters go, I’d really like to see Vega, Rolento, Alex, Twelve and Q. Of those 5, I’d say Vega certainly has the highest chance of being included.

I hope they dont involve item moves in the character’s movesets, most of them were hella goofy and it would just be off. although im assuming Kaz’s eye laser would be in, he even used it in the trailer…

Kazuya does his Eye Laser during his super combo. There’s video of this. He doesn’t use it as projectile far as we know.
