Bumping the thread. I’m thinking of getting it for PC too. Has the netcode been patched since? Does it have a decent player base?
the netcode most likely wont be fixed since they consider this version “Fixed”. Maybe the player base would increase if the patch ever comes out. Longest 2 weeks ever.

It just depends on who you’re playing. It’s just like sf4 but there’s not enough people to go around so it seems like there are nothing but laggers
Your precognition power needs a lot of work. 
Plenty of sucky connection matches. I usually end up being forced to fight in a poor connection out of desperation in looking for a human opponent. In a good connection I either end up facing someone who I cannot beat or someone who has tricks on his sleeve, resulting in me losing a lot of points. 
nothing was changed since the initial patch for the pc port. so… nope, still unplayabale like ever.
that’s the reason why everybody in the pc community returned to ae.
