Could be Simplified Chinese as Traditional would only be used in Hong Kong in the mainland and there’s less sharp strokes in the Hanzi but the screenshot is too small. But either way, it’s definitely Chinese. Not sure how much I can translate though.

They do but Taiwan is an island and not part of the mainland. Though, I did forget to mention Macau with Hong Kong as they both use Traditional Chinese.

Two things. One, mukokuseki hit Ryu real hard so instead of looking Japanese like in other games, he just looks… weird; Chun-Li got a slightly better deal on that. Two, everyone’s muscles are at the largest physically possible depend on how you bend your limbs. Has anyone met anyone with calves that freaking huge unless they were kneeling or something?
