I tell you the purpose of the product is to pick up pet sh*t instead of using the traditional hand and plastic bag combo…
I release models, practical uses, alternative uses, etc for the product.
I make the product look great.
You buy my product.
You find the product does pick up shit, but there are some less then stellar aspects to the product.
The frame is very light and easily bendable, The handle is slightly off center, and there’s an extra screw in the bag with no instruction booklet. It obvious this is not a very well flushed out device but it’s the first of it’s iteration and despite the gripes it still picks up the shit.
People that buy the product are upset and others decide not to buy the product due to these current issues.
I realize the mistakes that have been made and make efforts to replace my product with a better version to all who already purchased my last product and a better product for all those who still want one but wouldn’t due to the issues at hand.
Someone demands I give away the product for free … -_-
Let’s review:
I feel that I (the creator) designed a great product. I have faith in my work and my product and the hiccups that have occurred since the release have been researched, addressed, and fixed. Everyone affected by the selling of my product will be reimbursed with a new quality product the way they should have gotten it from the start free of charge as they deserve it.

Oh poor you. I made you upset by not being perfect and tickling your every whim and fancy with my product. Well guess what? Despite the shortcomings and fallbacks, the PRODUCT STILL WORKS. If I wanted I could EASILY say fuck EVERYBODY I did my job technically so buzz off but no. I decide these people deserve better and I have pride in my name so I do all I can to rectify what is wrong and fix my mistake. Yet people still feel entitled.

I take a 2 hour 35 min commute to and from work each and every day. If ONE of my busses are late I miss the remaining. I can’t tell the buz driver they were late so fuck if I;'m paying even tho I want to. Why? Because no matter what time the bus got there I STILL got the ride from point A to point B which is what my ticket covers. Service was rendered; all in all in a bad way but still rendered. Period.
they will never be free. but they should split the character packs into sf characters and tekken characters for $10. i want the sf characters but not for $20. oh well capcoms loss.
