I think we’d have less to worry in the case of T7, TTT2’s training mode was really well thought out.

KoF13, MK9, and SG had very nice tutorial modes. KI has a great hitbox viewer. Any game that throws out frame data and explains block stun and when to attack would have my testicles as an offering. All this stuff should be standard, considering these games are competitive and starting to be taken somewhat seriously. It shouldn’t be down to the fans to create hitbox viewers and make frame data apps to explain basic game mechanics that should be available to every and all players who want to play the game on a competitive level.
