I used quickbms to extract all SFV files. Do i have to repack all the pak files (after my modifications) for the game to work?

You do not have to repack the files in order to run the game or make modifications.
YOU MUST remove (or rename) the .pak files you unpacked to prevent the game from loading those files instead of the unpacked versions.

What’s the texture on her leggings? It doesn’t seem to work like the other ones.

No repacking needed, but rename your original pak folder so the game doesnt use the original pak files(as it will look for and use them first)

I didn’t edit any textures. If you’re using sfvcoloredit.exe, the entry is “Stocking.”

I meant when editing the stocking color, it doesn’t look like the color that I’ve selected. When selecting lighter colors, they look grayish, and darker colors are darker than what I selected.

Yeah it’s a pain isn’t it? It’s something you just have to trial and error. I didn’t experiment too deeply with her stockings but. I made her stockings Red by using Red 26 Green 0 Blue 0 Sat 240 Lum 12

nice job dude. that’s way better than what capcom did. every color in this game is over saturated and looks weird with bounced stage lighting IMO.
