My mod for poor Dhalsim with lot of issues
SFV Dhalsim cosplays Luffy

Dhalsim body is so frustrated to rig and I can’t solve all of them so I decided to release it even though there is still a lot of issue with this mod (sorry for releasing such unpolished mod but I don’t have anytime to deal with this mod any longer)
