I might pick up Nioh myself soon since after beating DeS and replaying all the souls games I’m kind of craving new bosses to die to. I’ve heard some kind of mixed things about nioh though

Unless it’s a MOBA then those are for pansies so I dont play them.

I only played the first dark souls when it came out and so far nioh seems a lot tougher than that, but you also have much greater control over your character, you always have 2 weapons to work with and each weapon has 3 stances so moveset way more varied.
just dont be like me and forget basic things like leveling up cause it made that boss on the ship 1 shot me everytime and i kept dying

Careful…you’ll upset the DS’s fanbase in saying that any game other then DS’s is hard.
It’s hard for me to play a game where I can’t whip a live person’s ass or vice versa outside of maybe Monster Hunter.

whooping a monster’s ass in MH can be pretty damn satisfying, especially if you’re on your last cart.

Aight, got a PS4 pro. What are the pro features for SFV?
loads a few seconds faster, but only if you turn on boost mode in the menu. There is no pro specific features.

SFV doesn’t have a Pro patch to update the visuals in any way. I think if Capcom wanted to they could bump up the resolution but it doesn’t seem to be a priority for them.
But like Evil Canadian said, all you’re going to get out of it is faster loading time with the boost feature that should work with all PS4 games.

I played it for 10 minutes and quit. Not because of the difficulty but I got bored that fast. I should probably never play a Dark Souls game then, do want Bloodborne on PC though :^)
Bloodborne will never come out on PC. But if you don’t like Nioh then you won’t like Bloodborne anyways, cause Bloodborne is like Nioh in its faster darksouls.

nah I’ve seen many Souls/Bloodborne fans saying they didn’t like Nioh, or at least that they didn’t like it nearly as much. so disliking Nioh is no reason not to try Soulsborne games
