XKira has never done a leak in a way that really screws Capcom schedule and kills the hype machine. On the contrary, he plays along and keeps posting ambiguous claims like “LEGACY!, NEW!” that keep people hooked and awaiting further reveals.
If he weren’t in Capcom’s payroll he would spoil all the precise information and ASAP. A good examples of legit leaks that caught Capcom off guard were the Vanilla + S1 roster and the Laura images that stopped Ono teases dead on their tracks.
This is probably fabricated drama to keep the pretension than X-Kira is an actual leaker and not a Capcom employee disguising as one.
With Xkira claiming that he is getting his information directly through illegal access, that could make sites like SRK that post his information also liable for legal action.
It wasn’t too long ago that Take-Two used legal threats to force TI Media to pay over $1.3 million (donated to charities of Take-Two’s choice) for their web site TrustedReviews publishing Red Dead Redemption 2 spoilers, with the argument that the web site knew the information came from a confidential corporate document. (And this happened even though there are indications and claims that the site really didn’t know.)
If a V-Trigger is really and truly awful, then one could argue that having it be 3 bars is better simply because that would at least let you stock three V-Reversals instead of two.
As for Falke and Juri’s VT2s, they are two sides of bad. Falke’s VT2 offers her real advantages when active, but the activation itself is so hindered as to make the whole V-Trigger impractical. Juri’s VT2 is practical to activate, but offers too little advantage when active.
