Games can get killed without having lobbies day one. DOA6 launched without the ability to play VS online. Only ranked LOL.

Sagat has no business being in this game.

You want neutral… I actually don’t recommend skarlet… She’s very reliant on high starters for any damage, which requires alot of conditioning, or just being super lame.

You’d be better off with Scorpion or Sub-Zero.

I have no problem with being super lame. Plus if there isn’t a viable way to make strong neutral with her, then the game is already on one level of stupid for me.

Scorpion I hear works. Can neutral and neutral crash when you’re tired of being honest.

Its not that she can’t work, in fact, she’s a pretty good character… she’s just not really the best at that despite how her buttons make her seem.

She takes alot of conditioning otherwise people will duck all her stuff. Thankfully, she can totally do that. Sub and Scorp don’t need the extra steps.

If meter were a little more scarce she would be better, as she doesn’t really need it for damage like other characters, but meter is pretty well always there if you need it.

Im playing sub and scorp. I like ninjas. I swear im not tier whoring

I like how that PatTheFlip guy is writing all the shit he could’ve put on the SRK front page on medium.

God damn that makes me mad.

Everytime you guys mention “Ed” in this thread, my 1st thought was, Ed Boon is a good Street Fighter player???

The best.

Hey I think I’ve found a Gif that describes Bea perfectly.

Summary

Must fight big boobs!

I figured you’d like MK11. They gave all the women breast reductions

I don’t see any of 'em becoming an Hitbox full time user, but I would be curious to know what they think about it.

Hopped on SFV for the first time in a week or so. Did pretty well despite the rust. I still need to work on patience and how I approach some match ups; I feel like I’m still killing myself against people playing zoning or hit-and-run styles. Thankfully there are still legion of Juri players out there and they all play the same so I should get plenty of practice.

I may be over prepping for ranked but I think I still need some more time in the tank. I’m doing pretty well now against players that don’t all the way have their shit together but still inconsistent about being able to crack/deal with people who have a more practiced game plan. Just gotta keep playing and breaking things down.

Still loving Kolin. Muscle memory is getting better and I’m landing some clutch combos here and there but still a lot of misfires I need to work on - bad CC reactions, missing CH scenarios, not using parries enough. And I need to keep working on shimmies. I think about it but don’t really do it and I think its making some people I’m running into seem harder to open up than they probably should be.

Also put a bit more time into MK11. This ain’t the forum to wax on about it but I quite like it. It is a very different beast but now that I’m getting some stuff down it is very fun. Doesn’t hurt that the game is feeding me scrubs so I’m feeling like a gawd over here with my day 0 Cassie combos and basic bitch pressure. It also fills me with dark glee to zone people in this game.

Trying to juggle playing two games on my schedule may be tricky but I’m gonna give it a legit shot. Upside is that MK11 loads really fast even on a PS4 so at least that game is pretty easy to hop in and out of (as opposed to “start up SFV, do something quick while it is loading like read the unabridged edition of ‘The Stand’.”)

I’m in the camp that doesn’t think a certain type of controller is better.

Just that some players play better on certain types of controllers. For me hitbox is best, but I only speak for myself.

Just use what you find more comfortable.

Because you want to live in a world where you don’t admit to mechanical advantages. I like hitbox a lot too, but the fact that it is automatically defaulting into neutral makes it easier to do certain things i.e. Sentinel reflies in MvC2.

Hell, MK9 had hitbox only combos and UMvC3 had tech for MODOK.

Aris flipping out at doing easy EGWFs was way on the alarmist side but it turned out he had half point in there.

I just admited it’s best for me.

But i’m not going to try and force my opinion upon others.

Most successful players use stick afaik. You would think it’s the best.I don’t like playing on a stick for example,I hate dashing on stick.
