It’s the same stuff as before.
You’re ok in neutral, just drop a lot of punish/conversion type stuff. Since you’re not using your main characters you’re forced into more situations where you have to deal with your punish/conversion issues. Mainly because you’re not going to have Kage’s or Falke’s neutral as well down as you do Ed’s or Menat’s.

At 18 in US if you’re at a college or just hanging out with delinquents you’re basically of drinking age regardless.
