EU guys, would you play a few games after United match?
I figured out that playing ranked just gets me angry…either cos od lag or cos it’s just 2-3 games if connection is fine.

Now that other people play Falke as well I realized that Chun vs. Falke is absolutely horrible for Chun. As in almost Menat levels of one-sided.
The good OLE days are back. Of course I’d watch it.
I know united those are the soccer ball players im basically an expert at eurasian sports

Sure he sux compared to most killers but I’d say his general knowledge of fighting games should grant him some leeway here. Being a complainer will never get you far if you don’t put in the time to be better but it’s not like Sanford hasn’t done this. I won’t shit talk the guy because I don’t know him like that but I can understand where he’s coming from even if its from a state of sour grapes.
In my defense I believe Diamond is the hardest rank to be consistent in. At this point of my SFV tenure I feel like I’m being left behind because I’m sorta at a loss on what I should be improving on. Improving from Rookie to Plat is a different ball game IMO. Not to take away from your achiments and I totaly get you’re being cheeky.

Supposedly the story is going to be about splitting timelines, not time travel. Regardless I’m… not exatly feeling if that’s the direction they’re going with. I was hoping for a quick redoing of Deadly Alliance and Deception, this is a bit much

You know when I first started watching i was thinking “nice now they can bring back all the classic characters etc”
Then i remembered that Jason, The Predator and the fuckint Xenomorph were in XL.
They dont care about lore if its DLC 
Any Sakura players chime in on if she could always do st. Mp > b. Hp > Ex air fb > Hp. Dp!?
Other random S4 notes on Sakura:
Buffed fireballs help so fucking much. As much as I was feeling Kage, I don’t think I can play him anymore. This buff makes her feel so damn complete.
Ex Fireball > Hp. Dp outside corner.
She can combo Mp Dp from cr. Lp. 
Cr. Mk > Hp. Dp is super lenient.
Buffed AA button is godlike.
VT1 is mad stronk. Hogasho is nutty. No point picking VT2 and losing safe tatsu when you can get the same damage (better in corner) with VT1. She can juggle trigger fireballs into ex tatsu or hagasho into dp ender.
VT1 is still a 2 bar!?!? 
She shits out ignorant levels of stun damage with VT1…
Worst matchups: Cody, blanka are 4 to 6. (Why the fuck did they get buffed?) Rashid, akuma, birdie, falke, guile, menat are 4.5 to 5.5. She’s even or beats everyone else.
Sakura easy mid high this season.

Also iffy on how she matches against dictator and boxer. Both scary as fuck.

So… some of you may remember me from other games. I wound up getting a copy of SFV over the holidays, I’m super crap right now, but if anyone wants to beat the crap out of me so I can build up some muscle memory and matchup knowledge I’d appreciate it. Sorry if this isn’t the right thread.

You cant combo from max range. Sakura could also always combo into mdp from cr lp. Secondly hogasho is one of those moves you’ll never use due to its situational use, I mean no one uses this move tbh. If you get a hard knockdown you can meaty d.fw hk which has less pushback and gets you a true tick throw. The main reason why it’s plus 9 now on hit is due to increased pushback so you can now combo into st hp most of the time.
Neutral is better now due to fireball being no longer terrible. But even then it’s as useful as it’s for ken. The fast version needs to go faster. I’d argue vt1 is now the better one now definitely but I’ll stick with vt2.

Planning on going to Combo Breaker, CEO, and EVO this year…there was a fourth I had on this list to go to as well but I forgot what it was. I believe I have enough vacation days for 5 events this year.
