Realise it’s not that great
Do a lot of jump ins til you land the tatsu combo
Do a block string into axe kick
Activate v trigger off a sweep.

Deleting input.ini from %LOCALAPPDATA%\StreetFighterV\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor might do the trick.
Otherwise, depending on the brand, it could be possible to update the stick firmware for a newer one with x-input support.

Sanford is pre 09 I’m pretty sure he’s from the dark ages.
I think Sanford has a love hate relationship with SFV because no matter how shit SFV is to him or his peers it’s still SF and the general core of the game still allows you to play SF. I think Sanford just changed. He says pick a top tier but then grinds it out with Zeku. He’s just different now.
One last thing I want to highlight is that pick a top tier made allot of sense back when he said it. You gotta remember he’s from the dark ages. Information sharing back then was fucking sparse and no one was gonna commit to trying to be good with shit teams in Mahvel when prestige and money were on the line. Being a low tier hero just wasn’t in the question. Look at the MCV2 tourney we just had. Only like 1 dude was rocking Iron Man while everyone else as running Storm, Sent, Mags, CC, Cable and that’s a game with a roster of 50 characters.

That’s part of what the blacklist is used for. Players that do that and bots should easily fit under the “suspicious behavior” category.
I personally haven’t been matched up vs more than one throughout the entire time I played this game, since I think they linger around in casual mostly, but I’ve seen a few streamers run into them. Still it’s like low priority for Capcom to do anything else about because someone else could just as easily waste people’s time by not engaging at all and we could avoid matching up with them the same way.
Ggs but that match 1 lmao. It frozed super hard after i blocked that EX PP. My CC didn’t come out at all.

getting old aint a death sentence in fighting games I am already getting old and I am doing fine for myself. Lots of major FGC guys are getting older and they aren’t going anywhere. Daigo is gonna be 40 in 2 years and a couple months. I ain’t got pity for those with self pity, especially when not even a few months ago he’s fame grabbing at everyone saying how he’s such a better zeku than they are.

I figured it out that there had to massive lag on your end.
I shouldn’t have been able to win that game off you.
The thing that usually bums me out the most about the LK spammers is that when I run into them they are doing it with a character I need more experience against. So I’m like “oh cool finally something different” then the match loads in to ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya.
Late again but FG resolutions for the new year:
- Switch off of Laura. Its either G or Kolin. I’ve really liked what I’ve played of G so far but that could change after another bunch of matches so I reserve the right to go Ice Queen. Gonna try to campaign all 2019 though.
- Continue the ranked climb. I can definitely get to Platinum if I keep working at it and I think Diamond is doable with enough time and effort. Maybe not this year but no reason not to try. Twin made me a believer that any of us can become good enough to be in someone else’s highlight reel.
- Keep playing actual games. I had a good groove there for a bit where I was playing at least a little bit most days. That helped a lot with learning and trying to improve stuff. Granted IRL shit came up but I also give myself outs because I still get nerves/stressed from playing. Only way to get past that is to keep at it.
- Play other games. I still want to work on Tekken and I’m gonna give MK11 a legit shot even though I’ll likely bounce off of that like a blocked Kano ball. Diversity helps keep me interested in FGs as a whole and makes it easier to come back to SF.

I’m playing valkyria chronicles 4 and going through all the squad stories. Good stuff lol.
My friend has another laptop with a gtx 1070 but he’d rather whine about sfv not working on his Pc than spend 10 minutes trying to install the game on his laptop to try.

I need help from high level Cammy and falke players.
Im a Cammy main and trying to beat my very patient friend who just picked up falke and I get tilted sometimes.
As Cammy, how do u approach this match up? (phantom miria/doctrine dark/cipher)
As falke, how do u approach the Cammy match up? Id like to understand how u fight Cammy so I can deal with falke better. (devil jin, bra)

I try to keep her on the ground and use long pokes and shots to annoy the Cammpy player into making a mistake.
If the Cammy player jumps within my reach, even with my reactions worth of geriatric person, there is 80% of chance she ain’t landing without taking damage thanks to c hp, PP or air throw.
Once they understand that they are grounded, I go into my routine of getting close, pressing st mk, letting shot off, press hp, do air shot for a fairly safe distance, do low shots from max range so she can’t v-skill or just keep poking with f hp.
I also try to bait some attacks to try to whiff punish with st lp and st lk.
Basically, I try to annoy the Cammy player till they break.

Falke probably wins vs Cammy season 4. She shuts down air approach super hard and is mad buffed in general.
You either need to make her AA’s miss with super low dive kicks or play the patient game and walk her down. Make good use out st. Hp, cr. Hp, st. Hk and cr. Mk. I probably wouldn’t touch any other buttons against Falke if I wasn’t in her face.

Someone as skilled as Sanford could easily become a top streamer in whatever FG he chooses. His personality alone would attract people to watch. And his knowledge of FGs in general is second to none.
