Yeah I suppose if you play Gief or even Alex for too long in this game you’ll never be shocked about a bad matchup again.
The closest thing to a grappler I played in this game was Laura but she doesn’t really play like one and could deal with Dhalsim rather well.
Edit: alright, today is one of those days to remind me why I stopped playing this. Five Bisons in a row who can just flowchart themselves through Falke while their brain is on standby. If it hits, great, damage. If not, great, everything’s plus anyway so let’s press that sequence again. Such a dumb design, particularly on lower skill levels where I’m at.

Doesn’t really get better at higher levels. The funny thing about Bison is that he is designed to punish the behavior you need to engage in to fight him. He has all sorts of weird “gaps” where you are meant to hit a button to give yourself breathing room. Problem is that if you make a habit of being buttonsy against him you’re going to eat some fat counter hit damage.
And then EX Devil’s reverse because its invincible until he decides to hit you for reasons.
Twitter fgc seems fully convinced Sagat is trash. want to believe them but all these dudes played really aggressive Sagat in SF4. He doesn’t have that kind of up close game in sf5 so idk

I’ve spent the last 4 hrs chasing down characters way better than Zeku. People can play like they want, but then they better don’t ask for more defensive options, no wonder why Cammy is hated like this.

Finally pulled off the fancy Trigger II combo in a real match.
Too bad it didn’t kill for maximum style points. Screw low health damage scaling.

But with VT2 being -42 ob even on VTC and you don’t get anything other than CA from it if the start up lands… why are you running it?

I’ve played against ISDD’s G. He tea bagged me in the 1st round, I won other two with tea bag at the end od the match. I will have to check the archives, he was probably swearing and calling me a scrub :).
He did win a set, though.

Mp DP has projectile invincibility during its active frames starting at 3
Cr MK 7 frame start up
st MP 5 frame start up.
reduce start up of lk and mk tiger knee by a few frames.
VT1 gets 3 shots.
Bonus
cr lp being 3 frames and v skill builds a small amount of v meter when activated.

Wouldn’t really call him technical he doesn’t have anything hard to do and his forms are super simple in their approach
He’s creative but not very technical, I’m thinking Rolento or C.Viper
Sagat dash needs less frames. 21 is killer and it seems like most of the frames are towards the end. So he moves in fast, but literally freezes for a few frames.
