Doom eternal looks sick. I never played doom 2016 but never heard anything but glowing things about it so im in ground floor for the new one.

I think Capcom knows they fucked up and not in a “huur duur the consumer don rike it way”. SF and Mahvel are the godfathers of the scene. Capcom has been desperate to get back on the gaming communities good side. Why bring DMC back if the they’re just gonna blame stuff on the consumer? I don’t expect SF6 out the gate but them pushing hard into esports doesn’t really hold weight if they are just gonna bow out after V. Unless they add a battle royal to DMC then that explains everything.
Marvel 4 and SF6 are gonna be good games and will be everything we like and nothing we hate

Btw on oldschool shooters it seems that Doom lucked out.Doom 2016 is quite good and Eternal looks insanely good as well.
Wolfenstein series kinda lost it’s identity a bit imo.From the new series i think Wolfenstein Old Blood is the best but it still lacks that nice atmosphere Return to Castle Wolfenstein managed to create or even Wolfenstein 2009 reboot.
Unreal Tournament hasn’t seen a title since forever. It’s reboot is in development hell.Though what is done so far is very solid.You can try the EA for free.
Quake seems to be slowly returning though has some ways to go still. Quake Champions is trying to recreate the success of Quake 3 Arena but it has a long ways to go still.
Also,i would like to see a new game in the Turok series.Been forever…
