Yeah, took me a while to understand why he was calling it when he wasn’t actually using it, until I realized he was using it to reset to buster.
The funny thing is he didn’t play flawlessly, and could probably shave 5 odd seconds off this time if he did better in another run, but I’ve seen a few other runs and this the fastest by a good bit. Other than the few minor mistakes, every movement seems to be the most efficient one.
The one thing I’m really curious about is that it’s vastly more popular to do runs on the Normal difficulty instead of Superhero. Superhero doesn’t have any items or drops in the levels (other than bolts you can use to buy items/upgrades) and I’m wondering if it’s actually more technical to do it on Normal to detour a bit and get those items in the levels rather than buying in the shop after, especially that weapon tank in Torch Man’s level (during one of the “wall of fire” segments).
Neither. Too early for SFVI, and I’m not sure we’re due another update.

I’d be extremely surprised if there’s even a brief mention of SF6.

If that happened, even I would have to put Cipher on ignore. The fuckery would reach critical mass.
Truth. I recall FE:Awakening late game devolving into hooking Tharja up with some poor guy with good defense stats, equipping four Nosferatu-tomes on her, sending her into the middle of the map and go make a cup of tea while she horribly murdered everything.
Admittedly I feel more sorry for whoever had to marry Tharja than all the dudes she’d murder.

MvC4, don’t tempt my heart like this.
But realistically, I don’t think MvC4 will ever happen. Maybe a similar game using MvC mechanics, but Marvel and Capcom are very different companies since the series started.
A new SF game though… I can actually envision.

You can pick Robin’s gender at the start of the game.
And you can hook Tharja up with whoever you want. She’ll still be creepy about Robin though.
