Why not both in one move? A fireball that can SPD if the opponent tries blocking it.
I think that sounds fair for the new Rose.

Rekkas will be locked behind VT and have two uses before it runs out, because that’s how they treat rekka characters in SFV. They’ll leave in safe invincible fullscreen EX chicken wing that leads into full combos on hit though, only they’ll make it even faster than in SFIV, because this game is about COMMITMENT.
I’m only half-joking here, that’s the worst part.

I have issues with that same belt of chars. Alex has been my online bane for awhile now.
Usually when I try to play more fast and loose against those players/chars I get bopped. They’ve been playing crazier a lot longer than I have and are way the fuck better at it. It’s nerve wracking but if I can keep my defense together usually I can get momentum started and most players crack and die with some pressure (bonus points if their char doesn’t have an EX move to bail them out).
Of course in order for that to work I need to have my defense together which is still a work in progress.
