Hell the DP nerf was a buff to her offense. Probably the least changed character all around.

What i am saying is that this mentality of complaining about everything to the point of pushing the game developers into making the game a dry experience makes me happy that they decide to stay away other games.

That is something that doesnt only happens to games.
It happens in any hobby, like those who love music and love to recomend their favorite bands
I was joking about Crossbow i don’t really plan on getting Sw/Sh period. Otherwise I’d agree with you. But so far i haven’t really seen anything compelling.
I haven’t seen a lot of new pokemon, which is like half the reason i get new games. X and Sun had this problem, but they had Megas/Alolan forms to pad the low numbers. So far Sword doesn’t have that benefit.
Also from what i can tell this game is lacking visually for a game on a mainline console.
For reference my favorite games are Black/White, and imo the series has never properly scratched the itch ever since.

I want to get to diamond finally, but I just can’t muster energy to play ranked much lately.
Mostly because I keep taking full screen slides because I can’t trust my equipment. 
I hope once the hitbox gets here I will regain my motivation and will be able to block at least 90% of the full screen slides.

Situationally I wouldn’t mind but that’s besides the point. You’re comparing yourself to the world class, to the highest achieving players, and when people point out what you do right, it rings hollow to you since you know your performance isn’t at that highest level. Here’s the thing though, in what I’ve read in this thread no one has called your play world class, or shoo-in for top 8 at EVO, which would be fluffing you up with empty praise. They’ve called some things you do good, and correct, and indicated that they see potential. There’s nothing empty about being told that, and it isn’t overblown praise because they are addressing the exact level you’re at: a solid but incomplete foundation. It’s on you to build it up, but these people want to help you because they see potential. Maybe you don’t see it in yourself cause you’ve spent all this time playing and haven’t met your arbitrary goals, but consider that perhaps it’s the lofty goals you’ve set for yourself that are flawed. If you really believe you’re not very good right now, then why are your standards for yourself at the level you have the strongest players at? Doesn’t that seem like a contradiction?
