Is 18 a better character like, in fiction? Hell yes,22 is a typical trash anime character.
Is 18 better to play? Debatable, I need normals and she doesn’t have them. 21 though… I likes.
When I was on DBFZ, #18 was probably the most fun part of the game to me.
I miss playing her.
