They should just not make any more story.

Story is bad as it is, character can only get ruined further from here on, the writing is terrible and the lore is garbage.
Only consistent thing about SFs Story are the 50 retconns everytime they make soemthing new.
Thats why no one has a clue whats going on in the first place.

Just don’t make a Story and move forward.

My opinion, realistically we’ll get something.

What I think?

We are getting everyone at once, what will probably happen is we’ll one or two characters and get time released characters or unlockable characters (that you still have to purchase with FM/cash)

We are probably going to get a bunch of extra battle and outfits but I expect most of what we get is already in type arcade sitting locked and we’ll get that a mini update and patch 4.5 sunday and a bigger patch with the rest on the 26th.

What has a strong chance of happening… We get nothing and they release more info and a characters later on next week.

What could happen but probably won’t we get no characters, patch and no info about anything until the 26th.

What we are probably gonna get, a character trailer for 2, and a break down of who’s coming and what to expect in season 4. No patch

Fair point. If you had told me 2-3 years ago that classic DMC was gonna come back and that entry would be my favorite in the series I’d have laughed my ass off.

Maybe in a few years we will all be praising how the Darkstalkers reboot ushered in the next great age of Capcom fighting games. One can dream.

Since SFs Story was never important in the first place and just served as a setting, without any depth or development between characters. They should just do some boring ass tournament with some VA and Cutscenes as Story. After all there are supposed to be some sort of relationships between characters.

that was just a overall statement and not related to the story mode itself. people shouldnt put to much weight into some of the stuff the uk guy said. and yes, of course there will be still more content for sfv…chars, stages, costumes ect.

I was rewatching some of the matches from yesterday and i was really impressed by tampa bison. His spacing and the way he was positioning himself so he was rarely in bad spots was pretty amazing.

AA crouch jab bailed him out a lot but for example in the match vs MOV he didn’t use it one time. He was just always in position where chuns jumps were gonna miss
