Cammy and Guile are still really good. People exaggerating nerfs because they just wanted to cry. the cr.mp nerf did fuck all to stop Cammy and she’s still shimmying you to hell and back.
Menat just went from arguably busted to top tier.

People’s familiarity with a character matters a lot. Falke can force a lot of unfamiliar situations because of it.
