I definitely would prefer to play on stages different from The Grid online, but being unable to allow us to do that is on Capcom. With that in mind, why I should get a stage impossible to use online because of lag? I don’t even mention the Kanzuki Beach and that one on over the airplane stages, what a waste of money.

Like I said, I’m pretty casual. I only was ever serious with Melee and never put much effort into the brawl series games. I may still have some residual skill… but yeah… casual.

In fairness both of them seem pretty excited about their forthcoming kids.
But yeah in context another analogy may have been better. 
If in my life I ever have the chance to describe him to anyone I will absolutely use the phrase “honey pot” now.

Skies of Honor is super pretty. It also has the unfortunate side effect of giving some people vertigo which stops them from enjoying it.
Unfortunate really. Like the waves in Kazunoko Beach. Cool stage that becomes unplayable for practical reasons.

Same. I like both stages for purely casual reasons, but fully appreciate why they don’t work in a competitive setting.
Do you ever play like an asshole? I don’t mean the usual stuff like tea bagging, taunting or doing the same move over and over.
Sometimes I go for time outs on purpose. I just played an Akuma mirror and I did not do much, expect for neutral jumping over fireballs and doing micro steps and then not touching the stick at all. I could tell that the guy was angry and after I won the second round, he just fell apart in the third.
You’re trying new strats and expanding your gameplay. Everything you did was valid gameplay so you should learn to get better at it and he should learn how to deal with it.
He may not run into you doing it, but he’ll definitely run into somebody who does.

This is the big benefit of ranked.
You will run into people doing stupid shit that doesn’t really work… but until you know how to stop it…

Well I was just going to check CFN for something that popped into my head, and it just went down now… so, yeah.
I know some people will seriously use their FM like crazy to get their Zangief mask costume… damn this costume just feels lazy af lol

Noob question. How does one use FM to unlock a costume? I understand the extra battles… but is there another way?
Honestly, to someone coming in late, the FM situation is very confusing.
It is lazy af, for sure.
I am ready to burn all my FM on the PS4 to get it. 
On the PC I have 50 tickets ready to be burned.
Its been a minute since I did it for a new char (still haven’t bought the goblin) but you can use FM to unlock each char’s story mode costume. Every other one needs to be bought with cold hard realbuxx.
If it is a piecemeal crossover costume you can get them for 2500 FM per piece at the rate of 1/week, but if you missed those coming out or when they re-post the challenges (like they did for the mech variants recently) then its back into the wallet if you want to get one.
All told there isn’t much you can really buy with FM of substance. You can get one costume straight out, alt color packs (can also unlock via survival), and stages. And the new stuff they added like continuing in Survival or the fighting chance boxes.
Don’t forget you have to beat said characters story to get the costume to show up in the store. I forgot to do that a couple times when i was looking to buy a couple story alts.
