What I did:

  1. Selected Versus mode.
  2. Select “A City in Chaos” stage.
  3. Stay near the right portion of the stage (in front of Bull)
  4. Knockdown the CPU repeatedly

Reward: 5000 FM unlocked.

I think you need to break the fire hydrant.

It worked for me.

You don’t need to knock down your opponent. Just use low attacks on the hydrant until it breaks.

It’s Only Missile Disarmament

  1. Select “Shadaloo Base” stage.
  2. Select one of the “four kings” (Boxer, Claw, Dictator, or Fang)
  3. Launch all of the missiles on the right side of the screen by knocking down opponent.

  1. Select “Shadaloo Base” stage.

^^ That’s one of the most misleading missions ever. The guy says he wants to see the four kings, so I think he wants me to pick the Lair of the Four Kings stage, but nope. That’s not it. Then, I play with two of the four kings in a random stage. Still no luck. Then, I play Vega’s story and beat Cammy in the Shadaloo Base. Nope, not that, either. Worst explanation ever, I tell you. FU Capcom.
