I would like traditional bedouin arab outfit for Rashid, preferably with the face covered too. This is what Arabs used to looked like before the days of oil and economics prosperity.

That looks pretty fucking rad tbh. Seems in line with the traditional Japanese demon look Nice touch with the horns barely peaking out of his skull.
Not sure what to make of the swirl of… cloth behind his neck? That thing that’s wrapping around the stream of light coming from his eye.
For a second there I thought that stream of red coming from his head was hair. He looks weird being bald.
Great design, I would be in favor of it if it wasn’t overlapping with Gouken’s. Personally, I can’t see Akuma without red hair - it’s just so him.

I do also approve of the subtle shoutouts to Oni. The horns (as well as the hand) take on a more interesting light in that context. Good work!
I want a zubaz costume for Akuma, that way it turns up his “I’m a badass” trope up to the point it becomes a self parody.
Really awesomely drawn Akuma alt, but to me the hair is too iconic to the design for me to remove, would like to see more of your art though!
I always liked the hair down/young akuma. You can see it from his time out loss sprite in CVS2
My favorite ‘young’ Akuma is the one we saw in SF Alpha Generations. He and young Gouken would make a great Ryu/Ken in a SF game that takes place 25+ years before SF1. We can call it Street Fighter Legends!
