Thatâs the point though, Iâm not making an assumption.
Can Datta fight? I have no idea. But if one day they suddenly showed me that he COULD fight, I wouldnât flip out and say âWTF! Dhalsimâs son canât fight!â because theyâve never shown me that he CANâT fight. They could go either way with him and it would be fine because they wouldnât be contradicting anything theyâd established previously.
Helen is the same way, they never showed or told you whether she could or couldnât fight, but youâre butthurt over the possible realization that she could fight the whole time.
I think itâs more because sheâs a Secret Society member, and so far, the only two Society memberâs weâve gotten have leaned very heavily on elemental powers(Fire/Ice for Gill, Lightning for Urien).
I think that would be a given. Iâm just curious whether the game would decide to name the character Helen or Kolin.
Iâm hoping the katana-hilt female silhouette that looks like Satsuki is actually Simone from Cannon Spike. If you look at the silhouette, sheâs wearing some kind of top thatâs geometrically wide at the bust and then cinches into a tight waistline â could be a loose crop top or a bolero jacket.
If you look at the Kiki art of Simone, youâll see she has the Veronica Lake bangs-over-one eye thing that the silhouette seems to have (in the same pointy shape as Satsuki) and that her shoulder pauldron armor thing has been extended slightly below the bust in a bolero jacket style:
You definitely need to learn that people could have a different idea from yours.
Having Helen/Kolin as a playable character doesnât change my life in any way,but if people literally died to have her in who am I to stop Capcom in making their dreams come true? Thereâs no reason to overreacting. ** Weâll making assumptions since we donât know 100% who those characters are.**
Right, and the concept art for Laura and F.A.N.G. didnât look much like them either until the very final designs. These pieces of art donât match the silhouette at all. But the general idea â more of an SNK-type punk rock design, sleek lines, high-fashion jacket? If theyâre still thinking of Genâs disciple with this characterization (minus killing Gen, obviously!), then I could see âtrenchcoatâ silhouette being this guy for sure.
Yes! I figured it was scarring and the paler part was his actual skin color, rather than the other way around, but either way I agree. Itâs a nicely distinctive look.
